HP-Silica phase is made of activated hydroxyl (-OH) functional group with the pore size selection of 120 Å and particle size selection of 1.8, 3, 5, and 10 µm. Carbon loading is 0.0%. HP-Silica is used as the normal phase as well as HILIC phase. HP-Silica phases are suitable for separations of polar and basic organic compounds, such as vitamins, steroids, as well as pharmaceuticals.

GP-C8 phase is synthesized with monomeric and fully endcapped chemistry. The uniform octyl stationary phase allows high efficiency with lower hydrophobicity compared to ODS phase. GP-C8 phase is suitable for separating compounds with a wide range of hydrophobicity. It is highly recommended for separating the compounds which are too strongly retained on C18 phases.

HP-C18 uses full coverage bonded silica packing, which provides high stability. Solid Core particle technology provides higher efficiencies per unit back pressure as compared to sub-2-micron UHPLC columns. Antibodix columns are specially designed for high resolution, high efficiency and high recovery separations of antibodies. The packing support is composed of a rigid, spherical, highly cross-linked poly(styrene divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) non-porous bead. The non-porous resin has particle size of 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 µm. The PS/DVB resin surface is grafted with a highly hydrophilic, neutral polymer thin layer with the thickness in the range of nanometer. On the top of the hydrophilic layer, weak cation-exchange functional groups are attached via a proprietary chemistry, resulting in high capacity ion-exchange layer.
